Choose how graze days are determined
The planner can support equal days per paddock, capacity-based grazing days, a target rest-period approach, or a manual sequence. Choose the mode that matches the planning question.
Sequence matters
The same paddocks can produce a different calendar when their order changes. Drag or reorder the sequence before relying on projected dates.
Start date
The start date anchors the timeline. Each paddock's projected graze duration determines the next entry and exit date.
Recovery target
Each paddock may have a user-defined recovery target. When the projected return occurs sooner than that target, RanchAssist should display a warning.
What a warning means
The warning means the schedule conflicts with the user's entered target. It does not prove the paddock is biologically ready or unready; actual forage recovery requires field observation and appropriate local guidance.
