Check where your device saves files
Browsers and mobile devices may save files to Downloads, Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or another location selected by the operating system.
Browser permissions
If nothing happens after an export action, check whether the browser blocked a download, pop-up, or print dialog.
Print-to-PDF behavior
PDF output may use the browser's print workflow. On some devices, you must choose Save as PDF or use the system share sheet after opening print preview.
Image or map export
Map image capture may depend on the map being fully loaded. Wait until the visible map and labels have rendered, then try the export again.
Keep another form of the data
If a particular export fails but the project remains available, save the .ra project file first so you can retry the export later.
